This much loved British brand is back again, designing and producing cars at their 69 acre site in Longbridge Birmingham. The original MG name is supposed to hail from Morris Garages where the business manager Cecil Kimber started promoting their own versions of cars (do you remember Morris cars?). It is not entirely clear when the MG Car Company started but the octagonal MG trademark was registered in 1925.
